Our client is a development company who has a JV arrangement with a national apart hotel operator. Our remit has been to secured bridging finance for identified sites to allow the client to secure planning where planning does not already exist, negotiate the AFL and secure a forward fund/sale. Sites to date have included Manchester, Birmingham, York and London
